Evelyn Rodriguez, M.A.
President & Managing Director
Evelyn Rodriguez founded The Aquiline Group in 2002 and serves as President and Managing Director. Evelyn is the Corporate Monitor for Aquiline’s portfolio of business. She specializes in marketing communications, partnership development, and recruitment, and has extensive experience in print and digital communications. Evelyn received a Woodrow Wilson Fellowship that she used to gain a Master of International Communications degree from American University. She holds a B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University.
Most recently, Evelyn earned a Master of Arts degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. Evelyn is a Spring 2016 graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses entrepreneurship program at Babson College and serves on the advisory board for Arts, AV Technology & Communications for the Office of Industry Engagement, Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) for the DC government. Lastly, Ms. Rodriguez is a Board Member of the Red Cross Montgomery, Howard and Frederick Counties Chapter.
Gabriel Schneider, B.S.
Gabe Schneider has been with The Aquiline Group since 2011. During his tenure, he has managed numerous projects in partnership with Federal and local government agencies, including the Office of the National Coordinator of Health (ONC), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, U.S. Department of Transportation, DC’s Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED), Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE), Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO), Department of Energy and the Environment (DOEE), and Ginnie Mae.
Gabe’s expertise includes strategic communications planning, project management, and community outreach and engagement. Gabe is an accessibility specialist with a strong background in creating accessible EIT for Federal clients. He is an advanced user of Adobe Acrobat and is knowledgeable of PDF/Universal Accessibility (UA) and WCAG 2.0 standards. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland, with a B.S. degree in Geographical Sciences.
Renée Andrush, B.A.
Renee Andrush is Aquiline’s creative director and a member of the executive team. She has a broad understanding of digital and print production management and expertise in campaign and content development; and website layout, design, and maintenance. For more than 25 years, Renee has provided creative work and technical design services for a wide range of clients in the commercial, government, and nonprofit sectors. Her software expertise includes Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office. Renee holds a B.A. from Pennsylvania State University.
